To take advantage of the Seva Mitra digital platform, workers have to register themselves on the portal of sewamitra.up.gov.in or on the Seva Mitra app available on the Play Store.
Such consumers who want to avail authentic services at a discounted rate can book the service from the Seva Mitra app, from the portal or by calling the helpline number 155330. This helpline service is available from Monday to Saturday between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Because the Seva Mitra app is GPS based, it is also easy for both the worker and the consumer to find each other instantly.
